Terms of Service

These proposed terms describe Berrit, a hosted code review and landing service provided by Lorcan Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt). The operator’s verified company details are in the Impressum.

Accounts and repositories

Customers designate the people authorised to manage their organisations and connect repositories. Customers should connect only repositories they have authority to access and grant Berrit the permissions required for the features they use. Your Git host remains the source of record. Berrit keeps a repository cache and may write references or advance target branches as part of its configured workflow.

Plans and payment

The stated prices are €10 per user per month or €100 per user per year, per organisation, plus applicable tax. Both billing options include the features advertised on this site. Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, is the intended merchant of record for subscription purchases. Creem’s Buyer Terms describe its transaction role.

Customer content and acceptable use

Proposed scope: customers retain their rights in their code and review content. They authorise Berrit to process that content to provide the features they configure. Customers must have the rights to submit content and must not misuse access to other people’s accounts or repositories.
